“My baking is from scratch. I do not use mixes and all of my ingredients are organic. When I use eggs they come from our own free-range, organically fed chickens (usually Babushka or Cheesecake). None of my baked good contain preservatives. I enjoy the time and effort I spend on each good I make. Baking is something I have a passion for and I am looking forward to my first step into making it my profession. If you receive something you do not like I will be glad to make you something else. Kalyani Olive (12), known to friends and family as “KK,” is a life-long vegetarian who found her love for baking at an early age. KK has studied advanced baking at the Gourmandies School and at the age of 9 KK finished 4th out of 700 entrants in the K-Food Junior Chef Challenge. She achieved this while delivering the only vegan meal in competition to judges!
