Chocolate Coconut Cake
My Chocolate-Coconut Cake was originally created as a custom order fo. birthday. After my client said, “Its the best cake I have ever tasted,’ I knew it had to go on the full-time menu! The cake itself is a a nice, light chocolate cake with a not too strong chocolate flavor and I top it with a chocolate-butter-cream frosting and finish with a chocolate ganache. It is then sprinkled with organic coconut flakes. The coconut provides an amazing bit of taste and texture.
