This is my homemade Olive Oil Sourdough bread. I create this bread in the traditional French boule or “ball” shape. I use a starter that has been growing for over 5 years now. You don’t really taste the olive oil but it gives the boule a finer crumb (inside of the bread) that makes the bread perfect for toast or sandwiches.
